Choose any combination of sessions to attend consistently each week classes are:
Tuesdays - 6:00am, 9:30am, 5:30pm
Thursdays - 6:00am, 9:30am, 5:30pm
Saturdays (bootcamp with kickboxing) - 8:30am Women's fitness in Kanata wholebody training with kickboxing cardio.
Kickboxing is fun, stress-relieving and an amazing burn! You will love this fun, challenging part of our fitness bootcamp in Kanata. All equipment is provided. Boxing gloves can be purchased or borrowed
