A new, fit body comes from a new, fit lifestyle! Your 6 month membership saves you up to $42 per month! The more sessions per week you join, the more you save. 

Sessions are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Your best results come with 3 workouts per week! Our workouts are designed to compliment each other so you will not be training sore muscles. Each wholebody workout is also effective on its own so 1 or 2 workouts per week is also beneficial!

Tuesday and Thursday - 6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wholebody training, upper body, lower body and core emphasis

Saturday 8am, 9am

Wholebody training with kickboxing cardio

Kickboxing is fun, stress-relieving and an amazing burn! It's empowering, energizing and you learn new skills as you get stronger!  All equipment is provided. Boxing gloves can be purchased or borrowed.

Saturday 9:50 Deep Stretch

When you do strength training and cardio at high intensity your body needs to stretch to heal and thrive! Our 30 minute deep stretch is taught by a certified yoga instructor and wowfit member. Immediately following 9am kickboxing it's the perfect way to help turn sore muscles into strong, functional muscles!
