Our 6-month memberships save you $20 per month off our regular single month rates. Payment is on your credit card on the first of each month or you can pay by lump sum at the start of your 6-month membership.
Your best results come with 3 workouts per week! Our workouts are designed to compliment each other so you will not be training sore muscles. Each wholebody workout is also effective on its own so 1 or 2 workouts per week is also beneficial!

Kickboxing is fun, stress-relieving and an amazing burn! It's empowering, energizing and you learn new skills as you get stronger! All equipment is provided. Boxing gloves can be purchased or borrowed.
