Thursdays 4:30pm inside at 1002 Beaverbrook Road, the Beaverbrook Mall. Enter under the blue and white "Community Life Church" sign.
Learn kickboxing and use battle ropes, weights, TRX's and more for fun, challenging fitness in a non-competitive atmosphere set to music!
All you need is a water bottle, indoor shoes and determination to be fit!

WOWfit Bootcamp in Kanata brings you the benefits of personal training without the big price tag. We deliver targeted workouts to build a leaner, fitter you and you get the energy and fun dynamic of a group to sweat along with!
All you need is a water bottle, indoor shoes (indoor classes) a yoga mat (for outdoor classes) and determination to get fit!

Women's WOWfit for ages 17-99 Classes are Tuesday and Thursday 6am, 9:30am and 5:30pm and Saturday 8:30am
Indoor Location: The Beaverbrook Mall at 1002 Beaverbrook Road, Kanata, Entrance under the blue and white "Community Life Church" sign toward the back of the building facing Teron Road
Outdoor Location (May - September) 9:30am: Ed Hollyer Park, Kanata (in Village Green) 4:30pm and 5:30pm: Varley Park, Kanata (in Beaverbrook) 6am and 8:30am classes are indoors. In case of rain class is indoors!

Our leading-edge flooring minimizes impact on joints so members can train hard without wear and tear on knees, shoulders and shins.
We provide the information and support you need to eat like the athlete you're training to be.
What to eat and when to maximize weight loss and fitness gains.
You set your goals, we have the plan get you there and motivation to keep you on track.
Our coaches offer the best in women's fitness in Kanata and Stittsville. Personal trainer results at a fraction of the cost of one-on-one training. Whether its weight loss or training for sports or races, we are personal trainers committed to your success. We ensure correct form and motivation at every session. We are available to you by email outside class to answer questions and keep you accountable to your goals. Our success depends on YOUR SUCCESS! Offering the highest levels of women's fitness in Stittsville, Ottawa and Kanata.
- 1, 2 or 3 WOWfit Wholebody workouts per week (50 min) plus stretch (5 min)

- Makeups! You can attend up to 2 makeup classes outside your regular sessions per month.
- Want more? Awesome! Members can attend additional classes for only $20 drop-in
All sessions are indoors October-April.
Some classes are outdoors May-September, as weather and daylight permits. Because nature and fresh air are so healthy!
Every workout is a combination of strength training to strengthen and tone your muscles and bones and cardiovascular exercise to strengthen your heart and lungs. You will leave energized and satisfied knowing you're burning fat, strengthening your core and making muscle! This is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Bootcamp for all fitness levels - different difficulty levels are offered for exercises and you take it at your pace.
