Our 3 weekly workouts compliment each other so you are well-balanced and have adequate rest for optimal results. Your best results come with 3 workouts per week. Each wholebody workout is also effective on its own so 1 or 2 workouts per week is also beneficial.

Kickboxing is fun, stress-relieving and an amazing burn! It's empowering, energizing and you learn new skills as you get stronger! All equipment is provided. Boxing gloves can be purchased or borrowed.
The perfect compliment to your wholebody training or excellent stand-alone! When you do strength training and cardio at high intensity your body needs to stretch to heal and thrive! Our 30 minute deep stretch is taught by a certified yoga instructor and wowfit member. Immediately following 9am kickboxing it's the perfect way to help turn sore muscles into strong, functional muscles!
24 sessions. Our workouts 3 days per week for 8 weeks will give you results you can see and feel! Next to the 6 month membership this 2 month, 3 day per week membership is your best value.
12 sessions. 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks will kick up your metabolism and tone muscles so you can see them!
