WOWFIT sessions are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays

Our 3 weekly workouts compliment each other so you are well-balanced and have adequate rest for optimal results. Your best results come with 3 workouts per week. Each wholebody workout is also effective on its own so 1 or 2 workouts per week is also beneficial.

Choose any combination of sessions to attend consistently each week. Ie: Tues 5:30pm, Thurs 5:30pm, Sat 9am + Deep Stretch  Prices listed below:

Tuesdays - 6:00am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wholebody Training - upper body and core emphasis 

Thursdays - 6am, 9:30am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm

Wholebody training, lower body and core emphasis

Saturdays - 8am, 9:15am

Wholebody training with kickboxing cardio

Kickboxing is fun, stress-relieving and an amazing burn! It's empowering, energizing and you learn new skills as you get stronger!  All equipment is provided. Boxing gloves can be purchased or borrowed.

Saturday Deep Stretch - 9:50am

The perfect compliment to your wholebody training or excellent stand-alone!  When you do strength training and cardio at high intensity your body needs to stretch to heal and thrive! Our 30 minute deep stretch is taught by a certified yoga instructor and wowfit member. Immediately following 9am kickboxing it's the perfect way to help turn sore muscles into strong, functional muscles!
